Terms and Conditions

We want you to be happy with Dirtbolt™ products.

We guarantee that the goods we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised on this website, however, we are unable to guarantee their suitability or compatibility for any particular purpose, as proper product selection depends on local factors, including, but not limited to: the weight of any item to be secured, the degree of security needed and especially the local ground conditions which have a significant influence. It is your responsibility to ascertain what type of anchor or fitting might be appropriate in your particular circumstances.

Many of our products are ground anchors, intended to be forced into the ground. You must ensure that you and anyone involved in using our products check before using them that there are no buried services any where near their intended final position. Penetrating a buried service could cause damage and/or serious injury, even death.

All sizes given on the website are approximate only and should be considered a guide only.

No order is binding until we have specifically accepted it and we reserve the right to reject any order for whatever reason.

All prices on the website are in US dollars. They are valid only for as long as they appear on the website. No notice will be given in advance of any price changes.

Delivery and dispatch dates and times are estimates. If for any reason a dispatch date cannot be met, you will be informed by email of when dispatch can be expected and you will be free to cancel the order if you so choose and receive a full refund.

Any shortages or damage to a delivery must be advised to us within 7 days of delivery. Provided this notice is given, we will rectify any problems without delay.

We are confident you will be happy with any purchase from us, however if circumstances change or for any other reason, you (if a consumer) may cancel the contract within 7 days, starting with the day the goods were delivered. We will not refund any shipping costs we have incurred. Goods must be returned to us, unused, at your expense. If you wish to cancel a contract, firstly write or email us, clearly stating your details and we will give the details of the address the item or items should be sent to which is also printed on the paperwork sent with the goods.
